These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by A-1 FL INSPECTIONS INC, doing business as TotalCheck Inspections (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling an inspection, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

  1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with {{business.name}} through our website at {{business.website}}, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
  2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or reach out directly to {{business.email}} or call {{business.phone}} during business hours.
  4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
  7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

 

1. Services Provided

Total Check Inspections provides professional property inspection services, including but not limited to:

  • Home inspections

  • Four-point inspections

  • Wind mitigation inspections

  • Roof inspections

All inspections are performed in accordance with applicable state standards and industry guidelines.

2. Scope of Inspection

Our inspections are visual, non-invasive evaluations of readily accessible areas of the property at the time of inspection. We do not move furniture, dismantle systems, or perform destructive testing.

Inspections are not technically exhaustive and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of future condition or performance.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee

Inspection reports reflect the condition of the property at the time of inspection only. Total Check Inspections makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding future conditions, compliance with codes, or remaining life of systems or components.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the property

  • Ensure access to the property and all inspection areas

  • Review the inspection report promptly and ask questions if clarification is needed

Failure to provide access may limit the scope of the inspection.

5. Fees and Payment

Inspection fees are due as agreed at the time of booking. Payment may be required before delivery of the inspection report. Failure to submit payment may result in withholding of the report.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Check Inspections’ liability for any claim arising out of the inspection or report shall be limited to the amount paid for the inspection service.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Third-Party Reliance

Inspection reports are prepared solely for the client who ordered the inspection. No third party may rely on the report without written consent from Total Check Inspections.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within a reasonable time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Website Use

Any content on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice or an inspection agreement.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
